We do not ship outside the Continental US.

Sales Tax
Deliveries within the State of Texas requires 8.25% sales tax on all items.

We carry a wide range of apparel from different brands as well as each child grows and develop differently therefore sizing can vary.  If you are unsure, please give us a call and we will try to assist.

Holiday, Vintage and/or lace style clothing, Special Occasion Apparel, Bring Home Baby Outfits and Sale/Clearance items are final purchase - we do not accept any returns/exchanges on these items. All other authorized returns are subject to the below:

You must contact us for returning instructions and an RMA number will be provided at that time.

Items must be:

  1. In original condition, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and all tags must not be removed from product. 
  2. Include a copy of your sales receipt/packing slip inside the box.
  3. Returns must be sent via an insured and/or trackable carrier.
  4. We will credit 100% of the purchase price (shipping cost is non-refundable)
  5. All credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card/payment method used during the time of purchase.
  6. Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit.

Exchanges will be made with same conditions as returns.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours*; standard delivery is 7-10 days from Order Date unless we notify you otherwise. Orders must be cancelled within 4 hours of order placement.  Custom orders may take longer to ship due to customization/personalization. We will track these orders and notify you of any changes.    

*During holiday seasons (Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc., it may take up to seven (7) days for your order to process your order for shipment. Please allow extra delivery time when placing your order. 

Standard Shipping and Handling Charges
We charge $7.95 flat fee shipping for the first item, $1.95 for each additional item. We do not ship outside the Continental US.  Some items are available for next day delivery if orders are placed before 12:00PM CST – please contact us directly to see if your merchandise qualifies for Express Delivery; additional fees will apply.  

We are not responsible for delays by carrier or inclement weather. 

Damage During Shipping
If all or part of your order was damaged during shipping, please contact within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.  Once we receive confirmation from the carrier that the claim will be paid, we will replace or exchange the damaged item(s) or issue a refund (limited to the damaged item only - not the full order).  Do not return the damage item(s) unless instructed to do so.

Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us! The information you provide to us will be used solely by us to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.

Usually your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different locations. When that's the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.
